KEMBA’s Digital Banking & Mobile Website

For your convenience, KEMBA Financial Credit Union offers you the ability to access products and services through our Digitial Banking application and mobile-optimized website. When you interact with us through digital banking and our mobile-optimized website, we may collect information such as unique device identifiers for your mobile device, access to your device’s camera, usage of your pre-established biometric authentication on your device, screen resolution and other device settings, information about your location, and analytical information about how you use your mobile device. We may ask your permission before collecting certain information (such as precise geo-location information) through KEMBA’s mobile-optimized website.
 

Use of “Cookies” on the Website (kemba.org) to Collect Data

KEMBA financial Credit Union is strongly committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy of your non-public, personal information. You may also send us a message through our Contact Us page on the Website or through the secure message after logging into Digital Banking to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
