Security – Your Responsibilities
There are important steps you must take to protect the security of your accounts and information before, during, and after your online banking sessions.

1. Protect Your PIN
Make sure to keep your PIN (Personal Identification Number) secret. Don't write it down, don't share it with anyone else, and if you're using a computer in a public area, make sure nobody else is watching your keystrokes as you enter your PIN.

2. Be Aware of Your Browser
Make sure to fully log out of the credit union Web site and close your browser window after you finish your online banking session, especially if you're using a computer others have access to.

3. Scrutinize Your Statements
Whether you're receiving paper statements or online eStatements, be sure to review your statements and account activity carefully on a regular basis. This will allow you to spot any suspicious activity right away, and report it immediately to a Member Service Representative.
