KEMBA User Content Release Form - Scholarship
KEMBA Financial Credit Union (“KEMBA”) may wish to use your Submission photos, videos or other content (the “Content”) in our promotional materials and publications.
By entering a Submission into one of our Promotions you:
- Represent that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the full right and authority to execute this release;
- Grant to KEMBA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, license to use the Content and any component thereof in any manner, including in the print, online and video-based marketing materials and other publications of KEMBA (the “Marketing Materials”);
- Understand KEMBA may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the Content;
- Understand you have no right to inspect or approve the Marketing Materials or KEMBA’s use of the Content;
- Understand that KEMBA may transfer your information or your Content outside of your country of residency for storage, processing and distribution anywhere in the world, including the United States;
- Understand that you will receive no payment or compensation for KEMBA’s use of the Content; and
- Release KEMBA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality and from liability for any claims or damages associated with the Content.
I have executed this User Content Release Form by: (1) signing this form; (2) submitting Content to KEMBA explicitly subject to the terms of this release; (3) accepting this form electronically; or (4) taking any other action that explicitly subjects Content to the terms of this release.
